- ●Social Media Autopilot (PostFlow): Automated creation and scheduling of social media content for platforms including Facebook and Instagram, managed through our PostFlow platform.
- ●Ongoing Digital Support: Website maintenance, content updates, and digital marketing consultation as part of active subscription plans.
3. Account Terms
To use certain services, you may be required to create an account on our PostFlow platform. When creating an account, you agree to the following:
- ●You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- ●You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- ●You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

4. Payment Terms
NhiLuc services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- ●Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
- ●Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with at least 30 days' written notice. Your continued use of the services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- ●Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
- ●Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid services until the outstanding balance is resolved.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us, including but not limited to business information, photographs, logos, and text ("Client Content"). By providing Client Content, you grant NhiLuc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
Our Platform: All rights, title, and interest in the NhiLuc platform, including the PostFlow software, website templates, code, design systems, automation workflows, and proprietary technology, remain the exclusive property of NHILUC LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in our platform to you.
Deliverables: Websites created for you are built using our proprietary templates and technology. You own the unique content on your website (text, images, and branding you provided), but the underlying template structure, code, and design system remain our property. Upon termination of your subscription, you may export your content but may not replicate the website template or platform technology.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- ●Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- ●Upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- ●Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or the data contained therein.
- ●Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or networks.
- ●Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NHILUC LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
We do not warrant or guarantee any specific results from the use of our website creation or social media management services, including increases in traffic, revenue, or customer engagement.
9. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account and subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@nhiluc.com. Termination will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your account has been inactive for an extended period.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your Client Content for a period of 30 days following termination. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NHILUC LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
